Doors

Our doors are designed and manufactured specifically for each project. After receiving an order, our team meticulously measures each door at the site, and production measurements are determined accordingly. If any discrepancies with the building blueprints or faults in construction are identified during the site measurements, the site management is notified, and necessary corrections are made. This process serves as a quality control service that we provide to the site management.

 

The completed doors are shipped to the site, fully assembled with their metal fittings installed, the frame gaskets attached and packaged. Each package is labeled with the door’s measurements, opening direction, and its specific location within the building, which prevents any confusion or errors during installation.

 

Our door leaves are made by pressing MDF sheets onto Kraft paper honeycomb, encased in finger-jointed solid wood frames that have been dried to a minimum moisture content of 12%. Upon request, the interior can also be made from perforated chipboard (Okal). The top and sides of the panels are edge-banded with polyurethane adhesive to ensure a seamless finish. Lock and hinge slots are cut, and these components are installed flush with the surface to avoid protrusions.

 

The door frames are constructed from three layers of MDF, with frame widths tailored to the wall thicknesses measured on-site. The frame header and jambs are manufactured with a 45-degree miter joint, and all assembly points are pre-drilled and shipped for on-site assembly by our installation team. The frames are installed into wall openings using polyurethane foam, eliminating the need for screws or nails, and ensuring a clean finish without visible fasteners.

 

Door casings are produced from MDF in the desired width and thickness. They are designed to be adjustable to accommodate wall thickness variations and are installed using silicone in pre-cut channels on the frames, without the need for nails or screws, resulting in a clean, seamless look.

 

Our door production primarily falls into three categories: lacquered, wood veneer and PVC- coated doors. Additionally, decorative grooves or other special finishes can be applied according to customer preferences. We also cater to special requests for fire-resistant or acoustic doors for hospitals and hotels. All door accessories are sourced according to the client’s specified brands and models.
